Naturopathy: Traditional Healthcare Treatment - Rajasthan Tourism

Welcome to Rajasthan Tourism

HEALING FOR THE MIND, BODY AND SOUL.

A healthcare system as old as time itself, naturopathy and the Vedic approach to health hold a revered place in Rajasthani culture. In fact, Rajasthan is home to a number of nature care and yoga centres that promote a naturally healthy way of living. Remedies such as mud baths, steam baths, massages, herbal treatments and organic diets provide holistic wellness to the mind, body and most importantly, the soul.

WHY NATUROPATHY?

There are a number of reasons why you should consider naturopathy. For one, it helps the body rejuvenate and detox without harming the system. Furthermore, the dietary restrictions prescribed under naturopathy help in restoring the body's equilibrium. A wholesome diet of fresh fruits, juices, raw vegetables and sprouted whole-grain cereals go a long way in making this possible. If that's not all, soothing remedies such as hydrotherapy and massages are coupled with a healthy mix of exercise and meditation to keep you active and fit.
